User experience is key to financial inclusion and the adoption of Inclusive Instant Payment Systems. This document, Minimum Requirements for User Experience, lays out the obligations that all Scheme participants must follow to create a consistent and inclusive user experience.

- Obligations and general recommendations for all use cases
- Transactions between users with a Pix alias
- Pix transactions between users by manual entry by the paying user of the payee transaction account details
- The generation of a static QR Code and the payee receiving the transaction initiated with this QR Code.
